Perfect for tastefully decorating both indoor and outdoor spaces—living rooms, entrances, terraces, and gardens, as well as contract settings and office environments—TUIT RAW fits seamlessly into any style.

Parco delle Stagioni is the regeneration project of the historic Villa Donà in Motta di Costabissara and the land surrounding it. It is also the name of the social enterprise founded in 2021, which established its headquarters here with the goal of sharing the space with the community through collaboration.

In 2020, Officina27, a real estate company, acquired Villa Donà and began restoration work on the building and the park, with the vision of transforming it into a place to reconnect, offering opportunities for shared work and quality leisure time.

Since 2025, the venue has been shared with the Parco delle Stagioni Social Enterprise, which promotes a cohesive and responsible approach to community engagement in harmony with the environment.

The project combines the value of a restored heritage site with a social enterprise model, creating job opportunities across sectors such as agriculture, craftsmanship, food service, and customer care.

After five years of restoration, the Park has been reborn: century-old trees have been preserved, the pond has been revitalized through a rainwater recovery system, and the historic barn has been reinforced—safeguarding the true spirit and essence of the place.
