Euro3plast is the first company in the sector to obtain the Environmental Product Declaration within the International EPD System

Euro3plast S.p.A. is proud to announce the official publication of the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for the Greener line: pots, boxes, and cache-pots made of recycled polypropylene and designed for sustainable and contemporary living.

WHAT IS THE EPD AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT
The EPD, Environmental Product Declaration, is much more than a technical document: it is the environmental identity card of a product and describes, in a transparent and comparable way, the environmental impacts throughout its entire life cycle — from the extraction of raw materials to production, from use to end of life.

THE GREENER LINE
The Greener line was born from the union between design and responsibility: it has been verified that the material is up to 70% recycled polypropylene. Greener products are made with declared and verified environmental performance.

A CONCRETE COMMITMENT
'The EPD declaration cannot be bought; it must be earned. It is the result of years of commitment to sustainability and represents a guarantee of the Company's responsibility toward the future of the Planet,' comments the management.

The declaration was prepared, verified, and obtained with the technical support of the consultancy company S.C.F. International, which carried out the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and followed the entire validation process. The EPD is registered in the International EPD® System (EPD-IES-0022963), in accordance with the standard EN 15804:2012+A2:2019.
